Next-Day Delivery Service
In a rush for your flooring? With our next-day service, you are able to receive your flooring the next working day if ordered by the cut off time. Charges do apply and are priced from £45 Inc Vat.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Collections are only available at our Essex public warehouse at the moment and not at any of our other distribution centres. Please do ensure you give us a call prior to confirm your collection of your chosen product to avoid disappointment as we stock different products in different distribution centres. Collections are Free of any Charge.
We use one of the most reliable & largest palletised distribution services in Europe with a full tracking service, but where there is a possibility of a delay or we cannot deliver your for the date arranged due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you asap to discuss alternative options. We strongly advise against booking in your floor fitters until your order has arrived as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.
Deliveries will be made on the arranged date between the times of 8 am & 6 pm. We are unable to specify a delivery time slot on our standard & next day deliveries as most of our deliveries are scheduled out by the pallet distribution service. We can, however, specify additional delivery services at an extra charge which are as follows
- AM Delivery – Additional Charge of £20
- Timed Delivery – Additional Charge of £30
- Sat AM – Additional Charge of £48
Due to the size and weight of our products, our orders will generally be delivered by a Luton van or larger vehicle. If you feel that they may be an issue for the delivery vehicle to gain access, please do notify us when ordering so arrangements can be made to cater for the issue. All orders will be delivered on pallets and are kerb side deliveries due to insurance policies, meaning that the pallet will be placed at the nearest access point to your address.
Upon arrival of your order, it is important to check the condition of the good’s packaging to ensure there has been no damage the goods during transit. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork & notify us of any issue or damage immediately. Any goods that have refused at time of delivery, but have found to be undamaged once returned, will be charged for their return to the warehouse.
Any missed deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge.
